Why do you think macarthur chose inchon as his landing place?

I think Macarthur chose Inchon as a landing place because cause it was the last city the north Koreans had to invade before they could take over Seoul, south koreas capital.
Because of this, he considered Inchon as the most perfect place for the American army to settle their troops. (in order to reduce as much casualties as possible)
