Find the measure of the first positive coterminal angel to theta =7 pi /2 radians

coterminal of angle 7π/2  =7π/2 - 2π = 3π/2


So the coterminal angles of 3π/2 = 3π/2 + 2kπ

Note that 3π/2 -2π = -π/2. Another solution is -π/2 +2kπ
