2.5 miles, because 1/3 of one hour is 20 minutes, and 3 miles divided by 3 equals 1, so that's one mile. and running for 15 minutes at 6 miles per hour, is 1.5 miles, because 1/4th of an hour is 15 minutes, and 6/4 is 1.5, so you have 1.5 miles from running.
