Why is it important for a country to have a constitution that solves problems and issues of debate effectively and fairly? Explain.

Answer:

By having a constitution it lays out the founding principles of the nation. In the US the constitution is seen as the "Supreme Law of the Land." By having a constitution it allows for a fair and just legal system and limits the chances of tyranny.
