An angle bisector intersects the middle of an angle and basically cuts it in half equally, leaving 2 parts. The relationship includes an angle having to exist in order to have a bisector. A ray starts at a one point, represented usually by a dot and goes off for ever in a direction whereas a line extends infinitely in both directions.
